Michael Di Tommaso

Michael is the founder of Di Tommaso Law and is a passionate lawyer with real world experience.

Michael received his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa, graduating with Dean’s List distinction. After completing his articles a prominent law firm in the Greater Toronto Area, Michael joined a publicly-listed, multinational technology company, rising from In-House Legal Counsel to Chief Executive Officer within three years.

As a senior executive, Michael was frequently exposed to commercial law work, ranging from real estate transactions to business law matters, including business to business agreements, internal company agreements, and broad exposure to securities and regulatory requirements. Aside from his extensive legal experience, what distinguishes Michael is his in-depth knowledge into what it means to be a lawyer’s client, a position in which his previous career allowed him to experience.

Importantly, Michael treats all clients individually. He does not take a “one size fits all” approach. He understands the importance of each of his clients’ unique positions, and works in their best interests to provide the right solution. Michael has dedicated his career to providing thorough, meaningful legal advice, compounded with determined, dedicated, and results-driven legal work.
